They’re ideal for families who want updated portraits, couples celebrating a moment, or anyone who wants professional images without the commitment of a full session. You’ll still get the same care, style, and attention I bring to every shoot — just in a smaller, more accessible package. These sessions are a chance to press pause, be present, and create something meaningful — quickly and effortlessly.

Terms and Conditions: Ania Photo – Short and Sweet Mini Sessions Terms and Conditions By booking a Short and Sweet Mini Session with Ania Photo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Session Details Session Name: Short and Sweet Mini Session Photographer: Ania Photo Location: Denmead Meadow https://aniaphoto.co.uk/goodmans-field-location-guide-for-an-outdoor-photo-session-the-meadow/ Duration: Each session is 20 minutes long. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure your full session time.

2. Booking and Payment Retainer fee of £25 payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session slot. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without payment. Final payment is required upon selection of final images. Delivery of edited files will commence only after the balance is paid in full.

3. Rescheduling Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A new date will be arranged within the next available mini session schedule.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows No cancellations or refunds are offered for mini sessions under any circumstances. If you do not attend your session and did not reschedule at least 24hrs in advance, your session and payment will be forfeited.

5. Late Arrival Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session without refund.

6. Images and Delivery A curated set of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images will be delivered within two weeks of your session. Image quantity and style are at the discretion of the photographer and dependent on session cooperation and time.

7. Usage Rights Ania Photo retains the copyright of all images and may use selected images for portfolio, website, or promotional use. Clients receive personal use rights and may print and share images for personal use only.
