Natural, Timeless Family Photography in Spring
Every spring, for a very short window, woodlands across Hampshire and West Sussex transform into something truly special.
A soft carpet of bluebells appears, the light becomes gentle and diffused, and everything feels calm, dreamy and beautifully simple.
It’s one of my favourite times of the year to photograph families — and it only lasts a couple of weeks.
That’s why I offer a limited number of bluebell mini sessions each year.
These sessions are relaxed, natural and completely child-led.
🌿 What to Expect from Your Session
There’s no pressure and no stiff posing — just real moments, connection, and beautiful light.
Children are free to explore, cuddle in, or simply be themselves, while I gently guide you to create a gallery of images that feel honest and timeless.
📅 Session Dates & Availability
Dates: 18 & 19 April, 25 & 26 April 2026
Bluebells bloom for a very short time, and these sessions are only available during this brief window.

📍 Location
Sessions take place in a beautiful woodland area near Wickham, Hampshire.
The exact location will be shared with you once your booking is confirmed.

- Approximately 20 minutes
- Suitable for families, children and siblings
- Natural, relaxed approach
While sessions are carefully scheduled, there may occasionally be brief overlaps with other families if delays arise.

£75 session fee

- 20-minute session
- 3 beautifully edited digital images
- private online gallery to choose your images
✨ Upgrade Options
You don’t need to decide in advance — you’ll choose your images after viewing your gallery.
- Additional image – £30 each
- Full gallery – £295 total
🌿 What to Wear
Clothing plays a big part in how your images feel.
I recommend:
- soft neutrals (cream, beige, light grey, blue, light yellow)
- gentle pastel tones
- simple, timeless outfits
- think layers and textures – knits etc
For boys, white/blue tops with jeans work beautifully.
Please avoid:
- black or very dark clothing
- bold or overpowering colours
- large logos or busy prints
- sportswear
Keeping things simple allows the focus to stay on you and your connection.
📵 During the Session
To keep the experience calm and focused, I kindly ask that no mobile phones or cameras are used during the session.
This helps everyone stay present and allows me to capture the best possible moments for you.

📌 Booking Terms
- Sessions are non-refundable
- If you need to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your session to a friend
- If a child becomes unsettled and the session cannot be completed, refunds cannot be issued
🖼 After Your Session
Within 7 days, you will receive a private online gallery with preview images.
From there, you can select your included images, purchase additional photographs, or upgrade to the full gallery.
🌿 A Little Note
Bluebell season is incredibly short, and sessions are very limited each year.
