Autumn mini sessions are back for 2026. There are two dates this October, each with short 20-minute outdoor photoshoots timed for the best of the autumn colour.

🌳 Saturday 24 October: Queen Elizabeth Country Park, near Petersfield
🍁 Sunday 25 October: Chichester area (TBC)
Your exact slot time and meeting point will be sent to you when you book.
⏰ Please note: the clocks go back in the early hours of Sunday 25 October. Your slot time will be in the new time, so check your phone has updated before you leave.

- £45 photoshoot fee: includes 1 edited image

✅ All prices are totals and include your £45 photoshoot fee.
For example, if you choose 5 images, you’ll pay the remaining £150 after your photoshoot. If you choose the full gallery, you’ll pay the remaining £210.
You don’t need to decide anything now. Choose once you’ve seen your photos.

- Your private gallery arrives within two weeks, in time for Christmas cards and gifts.
- Choose your images within 7 days and pay the balance if you upgrade.
- Download your edited images.
💛 Why a mini photoshoot
A mini photoshoot is an easy way to get new family photos without planning a full photoshoot. It’s quick enough for little ones, and you can head off for a walk or a hot chocolate afterwards.
My approach stays the same as always: family photoshoots where kids can be kids, with real laughs, mess, and everything in between.
Autumn is my favourite season to photograph. This year one of my autumn photographs appeared on the cover of The Green Parent magazine.

How long is the photoshoot?
20 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you get your full time.
How many people can be in the photos?
Up to 5 people, including children. Get in touch before booking if you have a larger group.
Is the £45 extra on top of the other prices?
No. The £45 is included in every price. If you choose the full gallery, you pay £255 in total, not £300.
When do I choose my images?
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll have 7 days to choose your images and pay any balance.
When will I get my photos?
Your gallery will be ready within two weeks of your photoshoot.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome on a lead, as long as a second adult can help.
What should we wear?
Soft autumn colours like rust, mustard, cream, navy and green look lovely against the leaves. Avoid big logos and neon colours. Wellies or sturdy shoes are a good idea.
What if it rains?
Light drizzle or grey skies are fine and often look lovely. If heavy rain or unsafe weather makes the photoshoot impossible, I’ll contact you to arrange a new date.
What if we’re running late?
Photoshoots run back to back, so a late arrival means a shorter photoshoot. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you may lose your slot.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Can I get a refund?
No. The £45 photoshoot fee is non-refundable.
📄 Terms and conditions
1. Photoshoot details. Autumn family mini sessions with Ania Photo take place on Saturday 24 October 2026 at Queen Elizabeth Country Park and on Sunday 25 October 2026 in the Chichester area. Each photoshoot lasts 20 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
2. Booking and payment. A non-refundable photoshoot fee of £45 is due at the time of booking to secure your slot. This fee includes one edited digital image. You can upgrade to 5 images for £195 in total, or the full gallery for £255 in total. Both prices include the £45 fee. Your gallery will be available for 7 days, and your selection and payment must be made within that time. Edited images are delivered once payment is complete.
3. Rescheduling. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A new slot will be offered within the next available mini session dates.
4. Cancellations and no-shows. Mini sessions are non-refundable. If you don’t attend and haven’t rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, your slot and photoshoot fee will be forfeited.
5. Late arrival. Photoshoots run back to back. If you arrive late, your time will be shortened. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may lose your slot without a refund.
6. Weather. If heavy rain or unsafe conditions make the photoshoot impossible, I’ll contact you to arrange a new date. Light drizzle or grey skies are not a reason to reschedule.
7. Images and delivery. Your online gallery will be ready within two weeks of your photoshoot. The full gallery usually contains 20 or more edited images. The final number depends on the time available and how the photoshoot goes. The selection and editing style are at the photographer’s discretion.
8. Usage rights. Ania Photo keeps the copyright of all images and may use selected images for portfolio, website or promotional purposes. You receive personal usage rights, so you can print and share your images for personal use.
